| Problems
In Conventional Weighing |
| The
traditional weighing technology is became so unprofessional
that it made the user to compromise with the unwanted
facts VIZ.Time consumption while weighing, Human Errors,
Malpractice etc. |
| The
only way to overcome these problems in conventional weighing
is adopting smarter technologies viz. Swap cards, I-Buttons
& RF-ID. While The swap card and I-Buttons are very
specific in application, these cannot be used for such
applications where the percentage of wear & tear is
so high. These are used in very sophisticated applications.
Hence RF-ID is appropriate for this purpose. |
| RF
WEIGHING |
| Radio
frequency identification (RF-ID) technology uses wireless
radio communications to uniquely identify objects or people,
and is one of the fastest growing automatic data collection
(ADC) technologies. |
|
|
| RF-ID
creates an automatic way to collect information about
a product, place, time or transaction quickly, easily
and without human error. It provides a contact less
data link, without need for line of sight, for example
articles inside a cardboard box, or concerns about harsh
or dirty environments that restrict other auto ID technologies
such as bar codes. In addition, RF-ID is more than just
an ID code, it can be used as a data carrier, with information
being written and updated to the tag on the fly. |
| In
a RF-ID system there are number of components included
other than tags, handheld or stationary readers, antennas,
and system software A reader comprises of a transmitter,
receiver, control module and communication functions,
sometimes called a transceiver in radio terms for it to
link to a controlling PC. |
| The
transponders or tags are used to identify objects, which
can be uniquely programmed with information about the
objects. Readers should have an attached antenna,
which is used to transmit and receive the radio frequency
signal. Each reader is accompanied with PC compatible
software that allows the user to read and program tags.
Serial communications RS232 or RS422/485 are required. |

| RF-ID
can be used in dusty areas without any problem because
there is no contact between the reader and the TAG. And
the medium of communication is through radio waves so
the data transmission and reception is reliable enough. |

| EMBEDDING
RF-ID IN WEIGHING |
| Each
vehicle is differentiated by a RF-ID. As the vehicle with
RF-ID comes in vicinity of RF-ID reader, RF-ID reader
will read the truck number and recognizes it for further
proceedings. By doing so |
::
Man-hour as an operator is almost eliminated.
:: Security level will be increased.
:: No scope for malpractice.
:: Reduction of human errors. |
| The RF-ID reader
is main interface between the tag and the digitizer /
remote system. The reader recognizes the ID to decide further
proceedings. The digitizer / Remote system connected to
Reader. The printer mobile and other LAN / serial port
devices are connected to the Digitizer / remote system.
|
| RF-ID
AND LOCAL SALE |
| In local sale
the tare weight of the vehicle will be updated & stored
ones in every 15 day or until the truck is replaced. Every
time the truck comes on the weigh bridge the system will
take its gross weight in this way production is increased.Consecutive
gross weighment is allowed with in a predetermined time
period. |
| RF-ID
AND ROAD SALE |
| In Road Sale
the Database structure is defined in the tag itself. As
the tag-holder brings the tag in the vicinity of the reader
the reader automatically reads the database of the truck. The
reader make the remote system to store the records parameters
accordingly. |
Truck Tracking & Dispatching
System (TTS) From SENLOGIC
|
|
| The Truck Tracking
& Dispatching System (TTS),facilitate safe, efficient,
Easy and abuse free operation. First the RF-ID enabled
truck enter in to the main gate, the TTS reader Receive
the signal from the ID card and communicate the PC, The
PC automatically update the truck information like Truck
ID No, Truck Registration No, Date, Time of Entry, Contractor
Name, Tare weight, Gross weight, Net weight etc. Here
there is no need to enter the data from every time because
through the RFID card we can get the common details from
the master database. Only the authority person checks
the information from anywhere in the LAN and modified
that information, the remaining others are only view the
information from their corresponding node. |
| All nodes communicate
with network server, you have access the truck information
data every individual node (Point). The weighing software
generate MIS report like |

| RF weighing
is 100% error free. It can save almost 50% of time and
money than conventional one.It nullifies malpractice, decreases
man-hour & power significantly and it increase the
security and reliability level. |
